Spencer Ramin works closely with clients across the luxury goods, experiences, and apparel markets to discern opportunities to improve processes and customer experience. His previous projects have included working as the Business Development Director for Room Service Los Angeles, Working as the Store Manager and Buyer at Common Concept Shop, Leading the Front of House / Sales Operations for Lessons, Partner in The Opium Den & more.

He graduated from Parsons School of Design & ESSEC Business School in 2024 with an Executive Masters in Luxury Management & Design Innovation, as well as graduating Algonquin College in 2019 with an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration.

As Business Development Director for Room Service Los Angeles, Spencer guided the brand from a couture-only label into a burgeoning new menswear label. Its meticulously crafted, Los Angeles-made garments have been seen on celebrities in GQ, Forbes, and Jimmy Kimmel Live. Under his direction, the brand expanded into domestic and global retailers, set up a private studio space in Los Angeles, and constructed a Digital Showroom with wholesale & private client shopping capabilities.

Working closely with the Designer, CEO, Marketing, and Production staff, his responsibilities included creating & managing budgets & payroll, identifying and acting on strategies for growth, analyzing sales & web traffic to forecast production & stock levels to satisfy demand without overproducing & diluting the image of a luxury brand.

As Store Manager & Assistant Buyer at Common Concept shop, Spencer effectively managed a brand list of over 25 men’s & women’s Luxury and Contemporary Brands.
Common Concept Shop was the first independently owned Luxury Boutique in Ottawa.
Through coordinated work with the buyers, art director, and staff, Common cultivated the right garments, brands, retail experience, and clientele to become a destination shopping experience. Carrying distinguished brands such as 424, Rick Owens, Stone Island, and Rhude while reaching global customers with its website. His responsibilities included filling & reviewing purchase orders, coordinating timely deliveries, and planning and executing release and sale events.

As Front of House Manager / Sales Lead at LESSONS North America, Spencer oversaw the expansion of Australian Boutique LESSONS into a new global market. His tenure included managing a portfolio of over 20+ Luxury Brands, Managing Customer Experience, Events, and the Implementation of a VIP shopping program to drive sales and store image. Working closely with the operations staff & brand representatives to maximize full-price sell-through, time seasonal markdowns, achieve a flawless inventory, & provide seamless, same-day global E-commerce operations.
